An FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client is used to transfer files to and from your web space.

If you don't already have an FTP client, we discuss three below which you can use, includig Serif's WebPlus 9. There are many other FTP programs available which you can use should none of these be suitable. Generic details are at the bottom of this page.
