Our web servers provide the availability of the documents you place within your user area to browsers on the Internet. This includes standard HTML pages along with any previously agreed programming languages. We cannot guarantee availability of websites where coding issues/bugs create viewing faults where Speedy.uk.net has not created the code. Fixing such errors or installation of extra server components may incur extra costs.
All services are monitored closely by various servers which alert us immediately when a fault is discovered via SMS messaging and email. An engineer with the appropriate connection available will investigate the fault and act on it immediately whatever the time of day.
The email server is backed up via a secondary server to ensure that no email goes astray in the unlikely event that the main server fails.
We cannot be held responsible where a fault lies within your own equipment, software or by the connections provided for by your communications supplier.
Due to the nature of the Internet being a distributed network, from time to time a node beyond our control may fail leaving you without access to areas of the Internet. To verify the availability of our services we use multiple connection lines from different sources in addition to our own.
Our connections are supported by automatic routing which will reroute traffic through an alternate route should our main internet connection fail.
Performance
Speedy.uk.net always strives to maintain all hardware and software configurations to give the maximum performance possible no matter where you are browsing from. We constantly monitor traffic through our servers and maintain a consistent performance by altering our level of bandwidth when required.

Speedy.uk.net offer support on a Monday to Friday (Business Hours basis), 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 4-hour response time to requests for support and will endeavour to rectify customer’s problems within one working day wherever possible.

Each telephonic request for customer support will be dealt with by one of the people on the “Point of Contact” list who will then be the customer’s point of contact until such time as the problem is rectified. The call will be logged and given a “call number” that will be used on all correspondence relating the particular customer support request. The customer support “call number” will remain open until such time as the problem is rectified and the customer is satisfied.
Your telephone call to technical support will be answered immediately during normal business hours.
Email questions sent to technical support by 5 p.m. will be answered the same business day.
Emails sent to support after 5 p.m. will be answered the next morning of a business day.

1. No authority has been given to any person, firm or company to vary the terms and conditions of this warranty.
2. This warranty does not cover damage to, or loss of, programs or data.
3. Midland Computers Ltd will have no liability for any consequential or indirect loss including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data and/or loss of opportunity.
4. Midland Computers will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any individual or company as a result of Midland Computers being delayed or prevented in performing the warranty services by reason of any circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
5. This warranty does not confer any right other than those specifically conferred above, and in particular shall not give rise to any claims for consequential loss or damage. However nothing contained in this warranty shall be deemed to exclude or affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
6.Limitation of Liability In no event will Midland Computers Ltd, its suppliers, or other third parties, be liable for any damages whatsoever (Including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any web sites linked to this site, or materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the materials or information from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all cost thereof. Applicable Law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential Damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
7. The contract does not extend to 'acts of god' (fire, lighting, water damage, power surges). Incorrect use, incorrect installation, misuse or rough handling of the equipment will render the warranty void. All manufacturer warranties are extended to the customer.
