Payment

To buy a hosting package visit Sign Up or to upgrade an existing account log in to the Registered Users Portal.

Credit Cards

Currently we can only accept payment by credit or debit card (sorry, but we do not accept American Express or Diners cards). You must have permission from the credit card holder to use their card. Please register your account with the card holders address or this may cause payment authentication problems.

Your card will be billed by Speedy Web Hosting.

Fraud

As ever, we check all transactions to avoid fraud. Any account with payment found to be fraudulent or declined will be suspended pending investigation. In the event of fraud, the appropriate authorities will be contacted.

Security

Your transactions are protected by SSL 128bit encryption. This hides your card's details so that they can not be intercepted and read by any third parties. To make the most of the encryption features, ensure your web browser is also capable of at least 128bit encryption. To do this in Internet Explorer, open the menu Help->About Internet Explorer.

In the next window, check that Cipher Strenth (2nd line) reads 128bit or higher. If not, you should ideally upgrade Internet Explorer although realistically any encyption is fine. To upgrade Internet Explorer, use Start->Windows Update (it may be under Programs) or contact Microsoft directly. For other web browsers, contact the dealer you obtained it from.
